Requirements
- 12+ years of strategic account management experience in fintech, payments, or eCommerce.
- 7 years focused in ecommerce.
- Fluency in verbal and written Mandarin.
- Proven ability to deliver revenue growth and influence executive stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of BNPL, digital payments, and retail tech ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in building commercial strategies across omnichannel partners.
- Exceptional analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience building and executing data-driven account plans.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Data, Marketing, and Ops teams.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and forecasting tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for decision-making or analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise partnerships.
- Develop strategic account plans for top merchants.
- Partner with client executives to shape omnichannel payment strategies.
- Lead joint business reviews (QBRs) and present strategic recommendations.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell motions across the merchant's organization.
- Partner with product, analytics, and marketing to identify feature opportunities.
- Collaborate with global teams to scale best practices.
- Manage long-term commercial renewals and contract negotiations.
- Leverage AI-powered insights to forecast merchant performance.
