Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in higher education
  • Experience with academic assessment theory and practice
  • Experience in online and adult learning environments
  • Familiarity with accreditation bodies such as AACSB, ACBSP, IACBE, ABET, or regional accreditors
  • Experience with assessment management systems and institutional data reporting tools
  • Understanding of research methods, data analysis, and statistical reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of assessment activities across academic programs
  • Serve as a primary liaison between academic program directors, faculty, subject matter experts, and university governance bodies
  • Facilitate collection, analysis, and reporting of assessment data
  • Collaborate with faculty on development of learning outcomes and assessment rubrics
  • Ensure alignment between curriculum development and assessment practices
  • Manage and support the use of assessment management systems and reporting tools
  • Produce reports and insights to inform academic improvements
  • Assist in faculty training and development of resources
  • Coordinate preparation of program reviews and accreditation documentation
