Responsibilities
- Own and expand a portfolio of high-value enterprise partnerships.

- Lead joint business reviews and present actionable insights.
- Drive cross-sell and up-sell motions aligning Zip solutions with merchant needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform future innovation.
