Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partner, or Program/Engagement Leadership within IT services/consulting.
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with accountability for revenue growth and client retention.
  • Leadership experience managing project managers and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience evaluating delivery plans, estimates, and execution approaches.
  • Exceptional relationship management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing and coordinating with offshore teams.
  • Domain expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the executive partner and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  • Lead C-suite engagement and build long-term partnerships.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities and up-selling services.
  • Provide executive oversight on project delivery and adherence to SDLC practices.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Mentor account and project management professionals.
  • Collaborate across global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
