Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partner, or Program/Engagement Leadership within IT services/consulting.
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with accountability for revenue growth and client retention.
- Leadership experience managing project managers and cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience evaluating delivery plans, estimates, and execution approaches.
- Exceptional relationship management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing and coordinating with offshore teams.
- Domain expertise in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the executive partner and primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
- Lead C-suite engagement and build long-term partnerships.
- Drive account expansion by identifying new opportunities and up-selling services.
- Provide executive oversight on project delivery and adherence to SDLC practices.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Resolve escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Mentor account and project management professionals.
- Collaborate across global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
