Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS/tech or agency
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level
- Strong track record hiring across GTM functions (Sales, Operations, Enablement)
- Proven sourcing skills with hands-on competitor mapping experience
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools
- Hands-on experience using AI in recruitment workflow
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America
- Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates
- Build targeted hiring strategies with GTM leadership
- Support hiring across other business areas including Technology
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers
- Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse
- Share market intelligence and improve recruiting processes
