Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- 6-10+ years of Human Resources experience (HRBP, HR generalist, employee relations)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build trust across a range of leaders and employees
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, complex interpersonal dynamics, and change
- Sound judgment in escalating and resolving issues
- High emotional intelligence for sensitive situations
- Experience with performance management and employee relations
- Familiarity with people analytics and HRIS systems
- Strong bias for action and ownership
Responsibilities
- Advise and consult with managers and leaders on org design and talent development.
- Partner with managers to identify high performers and manage low performance.
- Oversee and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations.
- Build relationships with managers to improve manager effectiveness.
- Support core HR programs, processes, and initiatives like performance cycles and engagement surveys.
- Act as an adaptable problem solver between the HRBP team and the business.
