Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite
  • Strong track record hiring across GTM functions
  • Proven sourcing skills with hands-on competitor mapping experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or comparable ATS
  • Hands-on experience using AI in recruiting workflows
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in G Suite, Slack, and Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Bring strong talent mapping skills to every search
  • Support hiring across other areas of the business including Technology
  • Partner closely with GTM leadership to build targeted hiring strategies
  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers
  • Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse
  • Stay current on North American compensation benchmarks and hiring trends
