- Experience hiring for GTM or Technical roles
- Experience hiring across Americas and/or EMEA
- Background in a SaaS or other dynamic, high-growth environment preferred
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner, influence, and challenge
- High ownership mindset; able to manage work independently with minimal direction
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working across remote, global teams and time zones
- Strong sourcing capability and pipeline-building discipline
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close
- Manage a portfolio of roles across the Americas and EMEA
- Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market mapping
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Partner closely with hiring managers, running strong intake and calibration conversations
- Proactively identify risks, misalignment, and blockers and drive solutions
- Manage funnel performance including pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-fill
- Drive pace and momentum across multiple concurrent searches
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes, workflows, and outcomes
