Requirements
- Proven experience as a business-minded talent leader with a focus on hiring strategy and organizational design
- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing high-performing recruiting teams, including managing managers
- Experience in fast-scaling environments, bringing structure and disciplined execution
- Ability to align workforce planning, market insights, and recruiting execution
- Strong understanding of tradeoffs, risks, and cost implications in hiring strategies
- Proven track record of setting measurable performance standards and driving accountability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with VP and SVP level leaders
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape India hiring strategy in close partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Lead and develop the India recruiting team, including 2 - 5 recruiters (FTE and contractors) and a Recruiting Manager overseeing ops hiring
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing market insights and hiring counsel
- Establish structured, data-informed interview processes and decision frameworks
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance and HR to forecast headcount and hiring timelines
- Personally execute high-impact Director-level searches and sensitive leadership hires
- Own industry and university recruitment strategy for India, building pipelines and relationships
