Job Details

2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role working closely with engineering teams.
Proven track record of taking initiative in fast-paced environments.
Ability to refine loose requirements into clear technical specifications.
Strong technical literacy, including familiarity with APIs, authentication flows, data formats, and system behavior.
Experience collaborating with developers across different time zones and cultures.
Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on testing, validation, and logs.
Experience working with external business partners on technical topics.
Business-level English proficiency.
Experience with payment provider integrations, KYC, or identity authentication (preferred).
Background in fintech or highly regulated environments (preferred).
Experience supporting products operating across multiple international markets or jurisdictions (preferred).

Own product definition and day-to-day execution for business-critical technical integrations.
Work directly with engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver integration work.
Translate technical requirements, including APIs and data contracts, into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria.
Act as the primary interface for third-party partners to align on technical requirements and project validation.
Coordinate testing and validation across development, staging, and production environments.
Participate in release planning, go-live readiness, and issue triage.
Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases to prevent production issues.
