Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
  • Strong experience defining KPIs, designing/running A/B tests, and establishing performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and scrum ceremonies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex/ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Exposure to identifying or applying AI/machine learning opportunities.
  • Experience supporting fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ownership of measurable commercial outcomes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with headless commerce, APIs, and enterprise platforms (advantageous).
  • Hands-on experience querying data using SQL or BigQuery (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Define strategic vision, roadmap, and goals for large and complex product initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Translate warehouse and logistics workflows into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to logistics use cases.
  • Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Establish project KPIs, design A/B tests, and conduct post-launch analysis to measure results.
  • Lead user acceptance testing planning and execution for stable releases.
  • Mentor and develop junior product managers.
