Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- Strong experience defining KPIs, designing/running A/B tests, and establishing performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and scrum ceremonies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex/ambiguous situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Exposure to identifying or applying AI/machine learning opportunities.
- Experience supporting fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred).
- Demonstrated ownership of measurable commercial outcomes (preferred).
- Familiarity with headless commerce, APIs, and enterprise platforms (advantageous).
- Hands-on experience querying data using SQL or BigQuery (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define strategic vision, roadmap, and goals for large and complex product initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Translate warehouse and logistics workflows into clear product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to apply artificial intelligence and machine learning to logistics use cases.
- Maintain product backlogs, user stories, and documentation using JIRA and Confluence.
- Establish project KPIs, design A/B tests, and conduct post-launch analysis to measure results.
- Lead user acceptance testing planning and execution for stable releases.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers.
