Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional product management experience.
- Proven track record of independently leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
- Proficiency in defining and running A/B tests and experimentation (e.g., Amplitude).
- Experience establishing project KPIs and performance monitoring plans.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and scrum ceremonies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and judgment on ambiguous, escalated project decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, reprioritize, and actively manage project timelines.
- Experience applying AI/machine learning to commerce use cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic vision and leadership to large and complex initiatives, resolving ambiguous and cross-functional challenges.
- Partner with Fulfillment Center and Operations teams to translate warehouse and logistics workflows into product requirements.
- Set vision and strategic goals for complex projects and define the experience architecture.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and machine learning to commerce use cases.
- Oversee the product backlog, user stories, and technical requirements across multiple projects.
- Build product documentation within JIRA and manage scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and review.
- Lead UAT planning, execution, and implementation approval.
- Establish project KPIs, develop A/B test plans, and perform post-launch analysis to ensure scalable delivery.
