- Track record of hitting and exceeding quotas in hunter-focused sales roles.
- Experience in digital advertising, preferably programmatic.
- Comfort selling directly to brands and in-house marketing teams.
- Strong consultative and solution-based selling skills.
- Ability to develop go-to-market plans and define Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close new platform sales deals with in-house marketing teams and brands.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to engage industry sales professionals.
- Build a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with management, product, and solutions teams to articulate client needs.
- Translate field insights into product strategy.
- Create value-based pitch decks and conduct research.
- Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitive threats.
- Coordinate with Account Managers for client hand-offs and expansion.
