- Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare & Life Sciences or Financial Services).
- 7+ years of Sales leadership experience (preferably at Salesforce or a partner).
- 5+ years of experience in a selling role with CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Build and leverage Salesforce network to drive sales and pipeline in HLS and FINS sectors.
- Identify opportunities in new and existing accounts and develop pipeline.
- Recruit and hire top sales talent to build a best-in-class team.
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of Account Executives using a player-coach approach.
- Engage at the executive level with enterprise customers and partners.
- Consistently report and monitor sales activity, performance, and KPIs via Salesforce.
- Partner with internal teams to develop market strategies, marketing content, and training enablement.
