Requirements
- 10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex software deals
- Direct experience selling into health plans or TPAs
- Experience navigating buying committees across executive, operations, and technology
- Experience selling core administration or claims adjudication platforms
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Proficiency in running end-to-end enterprise sales processes
- Understanding of integrations, implementations, and security/compliance reviews
- Strong discovery, presentation, and demo skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
Responsibilities
- Build and execute a national go-to-market plan to win net-new logos for the Judi platform
- Create pipeline through targeted outreach and account planning
- Run discovery to map buying drivers and stakeholders
- Lead product demos and translate complex capabilities into business value
- Own RFI/RFP strategy and responses
- Manage commercial strategy including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Partner with Implementation and Product teams for long-term growth
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce
- Bring market feedback and competitive insights back to the business
