Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex software deals
  • Direct experience selling into health plans or TPAs
  • Experience navigating buying committees across executive, operations, and technology
  • Experience selling core administration or claims adjudication platforms
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch
  • Proficiency in running end-to-end enterprise sales processes
  • Understanding of integrations, implementations, and security/compliance reviews
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and demo skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a national go-to-market plan to win net-new logos for the Judi platform
  • Create pipeline through targeted outreach and account planning
  • Run discovery to map buying drivers and stakeholders
  • Lead product demos and translate complex capabilities into business value
  • Own RFI/RFP strategy and responses
  • Manage commercial strategy including scoping, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Partner with Implementation and Product teams for long-term growth
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Bring market feedback and competitive insights back to the business
