Responsibilities
- Design and execute an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy aligned with divisional growth objectives, customer engagement goals, and revenue targets.
- Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, content strategy, and customer engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence and market impact.
- Oversee marketing budget planning and financial management, ensuring disciplined allocation of resources and strong ROI accountability.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and sales enablement effectiveness to guide decision-making.
- Develop scalable sales enablement tools, programs, and resources to support field teams and drive revenue performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and business leaders to ensure alignment and execution consistency.
- Conduct regular business reviews and stakeholder communications to report progress, priorities, and performance outcomes.
