Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined experience in Sales Enablement and quota-carrying sales roles (BDR/SDR or outbound-focused teams strongly preferred).
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and continuous development programs for sales teams.
  • Strong facilitation skills with experience running virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms such as Highspot or similar tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into scalable training and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the enablement strategy for the Business Development organization.
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for BDR/SDR teams.
  • Build training programs focused on cold outreach, objection handling, qualification, account research, and meeting conversion.
  • Identify performance gaps in partnership with sales leadership and translate them into structured enablement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain playbooks, learning paths, certifications, and enablement content within tools such as Highspot.
  • Support change management efforts related to product launches, messaging updates, and GTM initiatives.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness through performance data, feedback loops, and business impact metrics.
