Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring sales development or outbound teams in a high-growth setting.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Experience with outbound engagement platforms such as Apollo or similar tools.
- Familiarity in AI-enabled sales technologies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7 Business Development Representatives, ensuring high performance, skill development, and consistent achievement of outreach and pipeline goals.
- Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels.
- Develop structured onboarding, training, and playbooks covering messaging, objection handling, product knowledge, and outreach best practices.
- Own outbound performance analytics, tracking KPIs such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct regular call reviews, coaching sessions, and workshops to improve messaging effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
- Manage CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy to ensure reliable performance visibility and forecasting.
- Configure and optimize AI-powered sales development tools and outbound automation platforms.
