Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring sales development or outbound teams in a high-growth setting.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
  • Experience with outbound engagement platforms such as Apollo or similar tools.
  • Familiarity in AI-enabled sales technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7 Business Development Representatives, ensuring high performance, skill development, and consistent achievement of outreach and pipeline goals.
  • Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels.
  • Develop structured onboarding, training, and playbooks covering messaging, objection handling, product knowledge, and outreach best practices.
  • Own outbound performance analytics, tracking KPIs such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
  • Conduct regular call reviews, coaching sessions, and workshops to improve messaging effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Manage CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy to ensure reliable performance visibility and forecasting.
  • Configure and optimize AI-powered sales development tools and outbound automation platforms.
