Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, CRM, or Salesforce platform leadership.
  • 10+ years of experience owning Salesforce-centered strategy and implementation.
  • 8+ years of experience leading teams of internal/external resources and vendors.
  • 8+ years of experience with Quote-to-Cash, PSA platforms, and enterprise data flows.
  • Deep technical fluency in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ, Flow, Apex, LWC, APIs).
  • Expertise in governing sales engagement tools (Outreach, ZoomInfo) and connected SaaS applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, metadata, and sandbox strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms (Agentforce, Einstein) and responsible AI governance.
  • Strong understanding of business processes including revenue operations and finance handoffs.
  • Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Sales & Service technology operating model, platform strategy, roadmap alignment, and governance framework.
  • Drive business process transformation across sales operations, quote-to-cash, and professional services delivery.
  • Partner with Business Analysts and architects to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
  • Maintain backlog and sprint discipline to ensure visibility and adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce, Certinia PSA, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and integrated middleware.
  • Oversee Salesforce DevOps, release management, and production readiness practices.
  • Lead AI enablement including Agentforce, Einstein, and Data Cloud initiatives with appropriate governance.
  • Manage internal technology teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
  • Monitor platform KPIs, adoption metrics, and executive reporting.
