  • Strong Salesforce CRM expertise and systems process knowledge
  • Experience supporting complex GTM motions including channel and marketplace sales
  • Strong forecasting and operational analytics experience
  • Experience with quote-to-cash process optimization
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing cross-functional operational initiatives
  • Ability to operate effectively within fast-changing business environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution globally for Latitude
  • Build scalable forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity governance frameworks
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to improve operational visibility and revenue predictability
  • Standardize quote management, opportunity management, and sales process execution
  • Collaborate with Systems & Tools teams to optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, and reporting
  • Drive operational readiness for new GTM initiatives, marketplace programs, and product launches
  • Develop operational KPIs, dashboards, executive reporting, and business insights
  • Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and sales process consistency
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement
