Requirements
- 10+ years experience in SaaS sales.
- Minimum 5+ years leading a team, ideally in Enterprise.
- Personal history of repeatedly exceeding individual contributor quotas.
- Ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people.
- Ability to build scalable processes with analytical skills to optimize them.
- Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results.
- Own a manufacturing-focused territory team and drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion.
- Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process.
- Recruit, hire, and manage a team of experienced Account Executives.
- Empower the team with scalable systems and processes to increase sales skills and knowledge.
- Train and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions.
- Create a positive, performance-driven team culture.
- Develop goals to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities within unique customer sets.
- Track and report key growth metrics to assess performance.
- Plan resource allocation, forecast growth, and monitor pipeline.
