Requirements

  • 3-5+ years experience in customer success, technical account management, consulting, technical support, or sales engineering within a SaaS organization.
  • Current experience working directly with mid-market to enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong technical acumen with understanding of SaaS security, Cloud security, Identity and Access Management, or vulnerability management.
  • Experience with Python, Django, or other developer frameworks for API-based data tasks.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and understanding of various authentication methods.
  • Ability to understand SaaS applications’ RBAC structure.
  • Working knowledge of common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce, M365, ServiceNow, Workday, or Okta.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations monthly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sales technical and functional needs for AppOmni’s top enterprise customers.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer champions, sponsors, and technical teams to drive product adoption.
  • Ensure that a deployment and adoption plan is in place to facilitate customer success criteria.
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and implement new products and features.
  • Develop expertise in AppOmni’s API capabilities to help customers augment UI-based functionality.
  • Increase customer retention by assisting with tactical health checks and strategic business reviews.
  • Define and document the customer’s end-state AppOmni architecture and develop a roadmap for achieving it.
  • Track accounts to identify customer risk and influence renewal strategy.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer to internal product, engineering, and leadership teams.
