Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in technical account management, specifically with SaaS and DaaS products.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and upsells.
  • Strong technical proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication standards (OAuth, API keys, SAML/SSO).
  • Strong background in data analytics and reporting; skilled in SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Tableau), and CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building structure in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sale lifecycle for licensed data and content partners, driving successful technical onboarding, API integration, product adoption, and renewals.
  • Provide hands-on technical support, including API QA, troubleshooting data product issues, and guiding customers through complex implementations.
  • Partner with Business Development to achieve shared revenue targets, identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Design and operationalize repeatable playbooks, processes, and reporting frameworks to scale account management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Build deep relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders to unlock further potential.
