Requirements

  • Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Account Management
  • Experience leading and building out TAM, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering teams
  • Ability to develop and nurture executive level relationships
  • Track-record of working with cross-functional internal teams
  • Project management skills
  • Deep technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, WebAuthn/FIDO2)
  • Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
  • Technical curiosity to learn bleeding edge technologies
  • Experience executing strategic initiatives across teams
  • Willingness to travel to EMEA up to once a month

Responsibilities

  • Ensure our customer’s success and adoption of Transmit Security’s solutions
  • Build knowledge of customer’s environments and use cases to become the customer’s champion
  • Understand business and technical needs to provide technical guidance
  • Champion onboarding and drive time-to-value and ROI
  • Identify and drive resolution of technical roadblocks
  • Develop deep technical understanding and architect solutions
  • Lead post-sales team and shape products with R&D
  • Manage technical response during incidents
  • Present product roadmap and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop and lead customer enablement sessions
