Requirements
- Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Account Management
- Experience leading and building out TAM, Customer Success, or Solution Engineering teams
- Ability to develop and nurture executive level relationships
- Track-record of working with cross-functional internal teams
- Project management skills
- Deep technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, WebAuthn/FIDO2)
- Technical awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and Kubernetes
- Technical curiosity to learn bleeding edge technologies
- Experience executing strategic initiatives across teams
- Willingness to travel to EMEA up to once a month
Responsibilities
- Ensure our customer’s success and adoption of Transmit Security’s solutions
- Build knowledge of customer’s environments and use cases to become the customer’s champion
- Understand business and technical needs to provide technical guidance
- Champion onboarding and drive time-to-value and ROI
- Identify and drive resolution of technical roadblocks
- Develop deep technical understanding and architect solutions
- Lead post-sales team and shape products with R&D
- Manage technical response during incidents
- Present product roadmap and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews
- Develop and lead customer enablement sessions
