Requirements
- Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Ability to nurture executive-level relationships.
- Track record of leading cross-functional technical projects.
- Project management skills.
- Technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, WebAuthn/FIDO2).
- Awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud architectures and OpenShift/Kubernetes frameworks.
- Experience executing strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Agility to adapt to changing technical and business needs.
- Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success and adoption of Transmit Security solutions.
- Champion the onboarding experience and drive ROI.
- Provide technical guidance on leveraging Transmit solutions.
- Identify and resolve technical roadblocks.
- Develop deep technical understanding of product features and architect solutions.
- Manage customer technical responses during incidents.
- Present product roadmaps and align with customer goals.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Deliver customer enablement sessions.
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams.
