Requirements

  • Demonstrated technical leadership in B2B SaaS Customer Success, Solution Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
  • Ability to nurture executive-level relationships.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional technical projects.
  • Project management skills.
  • Technical knowledge in Risk/Fraud and Identity and Access technologies (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, RBAC, REST APIs, WebAuthn/FIDO2).
  • Awareness of AWS, Azure, GCP cloud architectures and OpenShift/Kubernetes frameworks.
  • Experience executing strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Agility to adapt to changing technical and business needs.
  • Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success and adoption of Transmit Security solutions.
  • Champion the onboarding experience and drive ROI.
  • Provide technical guidance on leveraging Transmit solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Develop deep technical understanding of product features and architect solutions.
  • Manage customer technical responses during incidents.
  • Present product roadmaps and align with customer goals.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Deliver customer enablement sessions.
  • Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams.
