Requirements
- 2–4 years in publisher-side account management within mobile ad tech or app monetization.
- Experience managing Japanese accounts in a global context.
- Deep understanding of mobile rewarded ad formats.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Experience using performance dashboards.
- Familiarity with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust) is preferred.
- Experience working with affiliate-based mobile ad networks is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for existing mobile app publishers in Japan.
- Build trusted relationships and proactively identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer optimization strategies.
- Support new partner onboarding, including SDK/API integration guidance.
- Analyze campaign and revenue performance like eCPM, ARPDAU, and engagement.
- Collaborate to troubleshoot ad delivery, attribution, and technical issues.
- Support publishers in expanding to new apps or markets.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare custom reports for business reviews.
