Requirements
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code required.
- Ability to build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
- Deep understanding of AI and automation for risk operations.
- Seasoned Product Manager experience in platforms, APIs, or products for operational teams.
- Platform mindset with ability to build scalable systems.
- Strong UX sensibilities for internal and customer-facing tools.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with data querying and visualization experience.
- Business-level proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Own credit risk assessment and reserve management.
- Develop fraud detection and prevention strategies.
- Automate end-to-end onboarding compliance, including KYB and AML.
- Build flexible, platform-oriented systems for non-engineering teams.
- Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves and enforcement.
- Lead a product team to deliver high throughput and ROI.
- Manage stakeholders across risk, ops, and finance.
