Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B product management with ownership of end-to-end product areas.
- Strong track record of delivering product features that improve operational efficiency, safety, cost, or system uptime.
- Ability to analyze data, work with dashboards, and use metrics to guide product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders across regions.
- Experience working with logistics, fleet management, telematics, automotive systems, or industrial IoT is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a user-centric and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for key fleet management capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate customer pain points into intuitive web and mobile product experiences that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with data science teams to transform large-scale telemetry and sensor data into actionable AI-powered product features.
- Establish clear success metrics, run experiments, launch beta versions, and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
- Partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver cohesive product experiences across global markets.
- Engage directly with customers, including dispatchers, drivers, and operations teams, to gather insights and validate product decisions.
- Use data analysis and dashboards to drive product decisions and measure impact on safety, cost, and performance outcomes.
