Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS or automation platforms.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, user-facing features.
- Experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
- Strong understanding of API concepts including OAuth, REST APIs, webhooks, pagination, and rate limits.
- Ability to interpret activation funnels, adoption trends, and reliability metrics.
- Strong analytical mindset and systems thinking.
- Experience working on workflow automation tools or CRM platforms.
- Ability to deconstruct complex system interactions into intuitive UI experiences.
- Experience working with engineering on scalable frontend and backend architecture.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Superset, Pendo, or Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Own marketplace and integration vertical(s) such as CRMs, Forms, Email Systems, or Contact Platforms end-to-end.
- Review third-party API documentation and define integration configurations.
- Proactively identify missing workflow framework primitives to avoid delivery bottlenecks.
- Improve integration reliability, success rates, and execution consistency.
- Analyze support tickets and feedback to identify and fix recurring friction.
- Track integration time-to-ship, triggers/actions shipped, and workflow usage metrics.
- Build high-quality documentation and knowledge content.
