Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
- Background or experience with Compliance processes (e.g., AML, Transaction Monitoring).
- Ability to lead complex projects and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably in an agile framework.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong logical thinking and ability to articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Self-starter capable of working effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a platform that provides world-class Compliance tools and services.
- Review business requirements and create PRDs to ensure project execution according to schedule.
- Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Customer Service teams.
- Track and analyze key metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Refine workflow design for intuitive operation and increased efficiency.
- Support Regional/Global Heads in coordinating product implementation.
- Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.
