- Define and deliver product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
- Understand customer needs, market trends and regulatory requirements within the renewable energy sector.
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value outcomes.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work collaboratively with Engineering, Architecture, Design and Data teams to deliver scalable digital products.
- Analyse customer, operational and commercial data to inform prioritisation and product decisions.
- Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across Product, Operations, Regulatory, Commercial and Customer teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Continuously measure product performance using customer insights, KPIs and data to drive ongoing improvements.
