Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech roles.
- Solid understanding of technical environments (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.).
- Comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment.
- Experience in international recruitment contexts.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, confidentiality, and a results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.).
- Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position.
- Source qualified candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs.
- Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy.
