Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on tech roles.
  • Solid understanding of technical environments (backend, frontend, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.).
  • Comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment.
  • Experience in international recruitment contexts.
  • Proficiency with modern recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics).
  • Strong analytical mindset, autonomy, confidentiality, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical roles (engineering, data, product, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Work closely with hiring teams to deeply understand the specific requirements of each position.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
  • Improve and structure recruitment processes, tools, and KPIs.
  • Contribute to the global talent acquisition strategy.
