Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads.
- Experience in dating, gaming, iGaming, or entertainment industries.
- Proven experience managing significant monthly budgets ($100k+ to $500k/month).
- Expertise in both app and web acquisition funnels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience with GA4 and internal analytics/CRM tools.
- Fluent in Russian.
- Reading/writing proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for dating products.
- Manage both app and web funnels.
- Analyze key metrics to optimize budgets and improve ROI/CPA/CPI.
- Develop and test new growth hypotheses (audiences, GEOs, placements, ad formats, landing pages).
- Collaborate with the creative team on research, briefs, and creative performance evaluation.
- Build structured reporting and implement scalable management processes.
