Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and user acquisition.
  • At least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
  • Proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets exceeding $100,000+ and delivering measurable growth results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools, tracking systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of User Acquisition Managers, ensuring high performance and continuous growth.
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, X/Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Define user acquisition strategy and identify new growth opportunities across products and markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure the team consistently achieves CPA, ROAS, and revenue targets.
  • Drive creative testing initiatives and establish structured A/B testing frameworks to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Leadership teams to align acquisition efforts with business goals.
  • Support advertising budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Analyze market trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks, and best practices across the user acquisition function.
