  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using affiliate tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving business goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of affiliate marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key affiliate partners, negotiating and optimizing agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Analyze affiliate performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and finance teams to align affiliate initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve affiliate program processes, tools, and resources to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with affiliate marketing guidelines, regulations, and best practices.
  • Participate in conferences and industry events to build a partner network.
