Requirements
- 6+ years experience in programmatic media buying, client success, or account management
- Proven expertise in campaign optimization within DSPs or agency environments
- Strong understanding of Japan's digital advertising ecosystem
- Knowledge of Holdco organizational structures (Dentsu, Hakuhodo, etc.)
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Ability to lead presentations and QBRs in both languages
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to travel (~20%)
Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for Japan-based Gold+ clients
- Lead post-sales strategy including adoption, campaign management, and expansion
- Build multi-threaded relationships with agency stakeholders
- Lead QBRs, performance presentations, and client education sessions
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and troubleshooting
- Analyze data to provide optimization recommendations and improve ROI
- Develop multi-channel campaign strategies (Display, Video, Native, CTV, DOOH, Audio)
- Mentor junior Account Managers and drive internal initiatives
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage renewals
