Requirements
- 5+ years of fundraising experience
- Demonstrated experience engaging donors and managing moves management processes
- Experience working on or supporting a mid-level giving program preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM systems
- Experience leveraging AI tools in fundraising efforts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
- Ability to travel to events and meetings across the country as needed
- Strong commitment to the mission of Soles4Souls
Responsibilities
- Execute and refine mid-level strategies for donor stewardship, solicitation, retention, acquisition, upgrades, and conversion
- Build relationships and increase giving from a portfolio of engaged mid-level donors
- Manage a donor engagement and cultivation calendar, including coordinating calls, events, and invitations
- Ensure proper stewardship and tracking of donors who give through Donor Advised Funds
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics, ensuring progress toward revenue goals
- Utilize NetSuite to track donor activity and analyze campaign performance
- Conduct prospect research using iWave to identify high-potential donors
- Create and manage stewardship materials for Sole Society
