- Execute and refine mid-level strategies for donor stewardship, solicitation, retention, acquisition, upgrades, and conversion
- Build relationships and increase giving from a portfolio of engaged mid-level donors
- Manage a donor engagement and cultivation calendar, including coordinating calls, events, and invitations
- Ensure proper stewardship and tracking of donors who give through Donor Advised Funds
- Monitor and achieve performance metrics, ensuring progress toward revenue goals
- Utilize NetSuite to track donor activity and analyze campaign performance
- Conduct prospect research using iWave to identify high-potential donors
