  • Experience developing and managing sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
  • Strong proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leveraging emerging technologies for pipeline management and research.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth goals.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from initial prospecting to signed contract.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Lead discovery conversations and pitch presentations.
  • Negotiate scopes, pricing, and contract terms.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide regular revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth planning and market expansion.
  • Represent the agency at conferences and networking events.
