Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management or business development.
- Proven track record in executive-level client engagement.
- Experience in the AI industry.
- Exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic account plans for growth and diversification.
- Evaluate market trends and customer buying behaviors to refine strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with client executive leadership.
- Identify new business initiatives and cross-solution opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and maintain a rolling 12-month bookings forecast.
- Provide mentorship to the account management team.
- Oversee contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs) and renewals.
- Establish KPIs and report on account performance to the executive team.
