Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client growth roles within professional services, consulting, or digital solutions
- Proven track record of selling into credit unions, banks, fintechs, or regulated financial institutions
- Strong hunter mindset with demonstrated success in originating and closing high-value, complex deals
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive-level engagement
- Deep understanding of consultative selling, solution shaping, and value-based positioning
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and target-driven environment
- Knowledge of digital transformation, financial platforms, and innovation services
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across credit unions, banks, and fintech partners in Canada and the United States
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders
- Develop and execute disciplined outbound strategies supported by ABM campaigns, events, and partner channels
- Translate client challenges into tailored consulting and digital transformation solutions in collaboration with internal teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, account planning, and performance tracking discipline
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and financial services forums
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams on go-to-market initiatives
- Ensure seamless handoff of closed opportunities to delivery teams
