Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or consultative sales within technology, digital health, XR, AI, or innovation-driven sectors.
- Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value commercial engagements.
- Strong experience engaging with senior executives and institutional decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and operate in emerging or evolving markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate complex solutions into strategic business value.
- Experience in XR, immersive learning, AI, or health innovation is highly valued.
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in driving revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across XR, immersive learning, digital health, and applied innovation sectors.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across healthcare organizations, research institutions, universities, innovation hubs, and accelerator ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, research sponsors, and institutional stakeholders.
- Lead full-cycle deal execution including discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with internal innovation, design, and technology teams to structure tailored solutions and commercial models.
- Represent the organization at conferences, research forums, and industry events to strengthen visibility and ecosystem presence.
- Gather market intelligence and translate insights into strategic recommendations for growth and positioning.
