Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high-value commercial engagements.
Strong experience engaging with senior executives and institutional decision-makers.
Demonstrated ability to build pipelines and operate in emerging or evolving markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commercial judgment with the ability to translate complex solutions into strategic business value.
Experience in XR, immersive learning, AI, or health innovation is highly valued.
High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability in driving revenue outcomes.

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across XR, immersive learning, digital health, and applied innovation sectors.
Build and manage a strong pipeline across healthcare organizations, research institutions, universities, innovation hubs, and accelerator ecosystems.
Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, research sponsors, and institutional stakeholders.
Lead full-cycle deal execution including discovery, solution shaping, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with internal innovation, design, and technology teams to structure tailored solutions and commercial models.
Represent the organization at conferences, research forums, and industry events to strengthen visibility and ecosystem presence.
Gather market intelligence and translate insights into strategic recommendations for growth and positioning.
