Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of direct selling experience.
  • Experience in aviation (aircraft sales) or financial services preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and organizational ability.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to grasp new financial and technical concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute an annual sales territory budget by market and product.
  • Execute sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop sales programs to motivate and inspire the business development team.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing, advertising, and PR programs.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to target new pools of opportunity.
  • Provide timely and high-quality reports on sales activities.
  • Interact with the Technical Services Team to convert global relationships into sales.
  • Represent the company as an Ambassador at trade shows and industry meetings.
