Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of direct selling experience.
- Experience in aviation (aircraft sales) or financial services preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and organizational ability.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to grasp new financial and technical concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute an annual sales territory budget by market and product.
- Execute sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop sales programs to motivate and inspire the business development team.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, advertising, and PR programs.
- Work with the Marketing Team to target new pools of opportunity.
- Provide timely and high-quality reports on sales activities.
- Interact with the Technical Services Team to convert global relationships into sales.
- Represent the company as an Ambassador at trade shows and industry meetings.
