Requirements
- Prior experience in administration, recruitment, or HR coordination preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and proficient with email, spreadsheets, and common office software.
- Familiarity with U.S.-based small businesses is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated attitude capable of handling tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews of prospective candidates.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews and collect post-interview feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports within our hiring pipeline.
- Track project progress and address operational requirements of outsourced teams.
- Manage scheduling, including processing leave requests and updating clients on coverage.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based small business clients to clarify job requirements.
- Generate reports, perform data entry, and organize documents effectively.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and draft routine correspondence.
- Proactively identify workflow gaps in recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling processes.
