- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with CRM or legal case management systems.
Responsibilities
- Identify all medical providers involved in client treatment.
- Research billing providers and related entities.
- Document and add providers into internal systems.
- Review and correct Release of Information (ROI) forms.
- Create accurate base forms for submission packets.
- Perform detailed QA checks for provider-specific compliance.
- Assign requests to records team members.
- Resolve conflicting or missing information with case managers.
