Email & SMS Marketing Manager

Develop and manage proactive monthly/quarterly campaign calendars aligned with business objectives.
Manage end-to-end email and SMS campaigns, including copywriting and asset design.
Build, monitor, and optimize automated flows such as welcome sequences, post-purchase, and win-back flows.
Perform deep-dive audience segmentation to improve deliverability, open rates, and list health.
Monitor KPIs like revenue attribution and CTR, and conduct A/B testing for performance optimization.
Manage technical email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations.
Maintain SOPs for recurring processes to ensure operational efficiency.
