- Develop and manage paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns to ensure performance and ROI
- Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with our design team for creative assets
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting and segmentation
- Research and define target audiences and key segments based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Analyze campaign data and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights
