Requirements:

• C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative and social media roles.
• Graduated (or soon to graduate) with a college degree.
• A quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
• Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed.
• A laptop/desktop with 8GB RAM, a 1.6GHz processor, and 50GB of free hard-drive space, a headset, and a smartphone.
• Access to a backup place of work in case of power cut or internet failure, and a secondary backup internet option.

Responsibilities:

• Helping with the client's to-do list.
• Online research.
• Managing the client's calendar, email inbox, and CRM.
• Making travel/flight research and reservations.
• Making presentations and documents.
• Working with online accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Shopify, Amazon, online stores, etc.)
• Creating, scheduling, and posting content.
