- Conduct consultations and guide prospective clients toward hiring the firm using high-level consultative sales skills.
- Perform one-call closes to prevent drop-offs and maximize conversion rates.
- Determine case fit and either close the client or schedule further consultation with an attorney.
- Communicate with and support Spanish-speaking clients to help grow this strategic market segment.
- Schedule consultations on attorney calendars and ensure a smooth transition to the case management team.
- Follow and adapt to firm talk tracks, scripts, and intake workflows.
