Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, workforce coordination, or operational analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Experience working with EMR and/or scheduling systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize clinician scheduling by designing and maintaining templates that balance patient access, operational goals, and provider productivity.
- Drive consistency and efficiency at scale by ensuring scheduling structures are aligned across territories.
- Adapt to a dynamic workforce by updating schedules to reflect hiring, departures, and operational changes.
- Partner with leaders across the business to align scheduling strategies with staffing plans and access goals.
- Leverage data to track schedule effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and deliver actionable insights.
