Requirements

- Demonstrated history of job retention
- Advanced beginner to intermediate Microsoft Suite skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Must be a resident of Colorado or Wyoming
- Ability to work M-F 7am-5pm
Responsibilities
- Handle 80-120 inbound calls per day
- Schedule clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services
- Perform off-phone auditing
- Execute pre-authorization duties
- Handle outbound calls as required
